ClimateMaster geothermal extends its reach into Western Canada
As ClimateMaster broadens its geothermal offerings across North America, the company recently partnered with Independent Supply Co. to distribute its popular products and equipment around western Canada.
Independent Supply now includes ClimateMaster heat pumps in its lineup. The company will handle distribution throughout the Pacific region, including the provinces of British Colombia, Yukon, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba and the Northwest territories.
Leaders with ClimateMaster and Independent Supply hailed the partnership as an opportunity for both companies.
“Independent Supply Company is very excited to expand our partnership with Climatemaster by now offering their residential line,” said Rudy Weischorster, Independent Supply’s vice president. “We look forward to continuing our successful relationship and building a thriving residential geothermal business throughout western Canada.”
From ClimateMaster’s perspective, the collaboration provides a chance to further expand its products into the residential sector.
“This is an excellent opportunity for both entities and will offer dealers a high service distributor for ClimateMaster equipment,” said John Bailey Jr., senior vice president of sales for ClimateMaster.
Independent Supply Co. is considered a premier Canadian wholesale supplier of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration products. It has become a partner in one of Canada’s largest integrated distribution networks for the construction industry.
For more than half a century, ClimateMaster has been the world’s largest and most progressive manufacturer of water source and geothermal heat pumps. In addition to geothermal heat pumps, ClimateMaster offers the most extensive product line of water source heat pumps for use in a wide variety of applications.
